You are responsible for content you upload, submit, or process through our services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content. You grant Xookey the limited right to process user content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested services.
7. Intellectual Property
Xookey and its licensors retain ownership of our websites, software, designs, templates, tools, trademarks, and service materials, except for rights expressly assigned in a written agreement. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or written contract.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and payment methods may be described in the relevant order, app listing, invoice, or agreement. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any platform rules that apply, including Google Play billing rules for eligible purchases made through Google Play.
9. Support and Availability
We aim to provide dependable services, but availability may vary due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party services, security events, or factors outside our control. Support options are listed on the App Support page and relevant service agreements.
10. Privacy
